Sandy Estrada is a seasoned Data & Analytics Advisor with two decades of experience, guiding executives in data strategy and technology mobilization across major sectors, including Financial Services, Retail, and Life Sciences.  As Vice President and co-leader of Cervello, a Kearney Company’s Data & Analytics Consulting Practice, she plays a key role as a senior advisor to clients and expanding the firm's reach globally.  Beyond her role, Sandy actively supports diversity in her field as a Member and Moderator for Women Leaders in Data & AI, leads the Boston Chapter for Women in Data, and mentors for Hack.Diversity Fellows.  Her industry contributions have earned her the Data Leader of the Year award by Women in Data and a spot on the CDO Magazine Global Data Power Women List in 2023, highlighting her dedication to mentorship and the advancement of data and analytics.  Outside of her work and volunteer activities, Sandy enjoys spending time at her local pottery studio, staying up to date with her saltwater reef, and continually begging her wife for a puppy.
