Yesenia Espinal, Associate Vice President of Data Analytics, was born in the Dominican Republic and is a native of Brooklyn, New York. Her previous stops include Director of Institutional Research at Howard, data manager of talent strategy with the New York City Department of Education and work as a senior institutional research analyst at St. Joseph's University, New York. Yesenia has a strong professional background in higher education. She is passionate about data and student success and often uses data analytics to improve business processes and inform decision making. She has extensive knowledge in managing the data collection and reporting needs of an institution and is well versed in serving its stakeholders. Yesenia looks forward to managing data and supporting the University by building a robust data warehouse and a reputation for being accurate, consistent, and reliable.
